The first DJ we ever interviewed was Oakie back in 2001. Although his hair has changed a bit, he's still drawing a big crowd. His latest tour features Deep Dish, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren and more.

This July, Paul Oakenfold will embark on 'PERFECTO ON TOUR'--a nationwide event incorporating the heavy-hitters of the electronic genre. The line-up includes Oakie himself as well as Deep Dish, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, Junkie XL, Hernan Cattaneo, Sandra Collins, Fergie and Liquid Todd on various dates of the month-long trek.

Kicking off July 3 at New York's crobar, the largest all-DJ tour this summer will hit venues from the 1,000 to 10,000 capacity range including the historic Red Rocks in Denver as well as the hottest clubs in the far corners of America including Milwaukee, Boston, St Louis, New Orleans, Dallas, Denver, Washington D. C., Houston and more.

Oakenfold says of the event: "It's going to be a lot of fun for us and I'm sure the crowds will enjoy the journey we've got in store for them. With this tour, it's not just about one genre of electronic music. I like the idea of bringing together different DJs for different sets."

After completing dates in Asia and PERFECTO ON TOUR in America, OAKENFOLD will travel to Europe for additional engagements in Ibiza, the U.K., Italy, Spain and Holland.
